Kai Text Chat Support

Text chat support development for Kai has started. It looks like the devs has some bigger plans for this later, but for now it will use an external keyboard or the virtual keyboard available in Xbox media center.

Added: rudimentary Kai text chat feature (supporting physical and virtual keyboard device). to be improved later with an 'in-line' text editor control and a general tidying up.
